Dining & Reservation Policies?

At Buschman Street Café, our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional dining experience. Because of the intimate size of our dining room and the level of service we strive to maintain, we ask that guests review the following policies when planning their visit.

Are Reservations required?

Reservations are recommended and may be made through our reservation system. Due to the size of our dining room, parties of 10 guests or fewer may reserve through our standard reservation platform. Parties of 11 or more guests require a minimum of two weeks’ notice and a deposit to confirm the reservation. We are unable to accommodate large parties without advance coordination. Large parties may be offered a limited or pre-selected menu to ensure the best service for all guests. We respectfully hold reservations for 15 minutes. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible so we may do our best to accommodate you.

No-Shows & Cancellations?

Large party deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the reservation time. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future reservations.

To provide efficient service during busy dining periods, split checks may be limited for larger parties. We encourage groups to plan payment arrangements ahead of time.

Outside Food & Cakes?

Outside desserts or specialty cakes may be permitted for celebrations with prior approval. A cake service fee may apply. Outside food or beverages are otherwise not permitted.

Guests wishing to bring their own wine may do so with prior approval. A corkage fee may apply per bottle.
